			<description>Due to festival restraints about usage of copyrighted materials within movies, I have developed a release form template to protect our users as well as our composers. When filmmakers have their films scored by us, before any tracks are transferred or preferably before production begins on the score, this form should be filled out with both parties keeping a copy.
